Post & Beam Construction Projects General Pricing
Timber Frame only
Approximately $17.00 per square foot of living space *
Includes hand cut mortise-and-tenoned frame, delivered and assembled using Eastern White Pine or Hemlock (other species are available yet quoted individually).
Timber Frame and Panels
Packages range from $30-$40 per square foot *
We will gladly apply your stresskin panels to your frame. There are many post and beam construction options, so please contact New England Timber Works to discuss our timber frame plans.
Turnkey projects
Prices start at $250 per square foot plus site work
We provide turnkey services in our local area. For projects greater than 4,000 square feet, we offer general contracting fee packages. Our preferred lender can help you with the hard job of obtaining financing for your post and beam construction.
